Check.Tattoo provides an AI-powered tattoo preview tool and a design evaluation report. You may use the preview tool and run a check at no cost, and optionally make a one-time purchase to unlock the full report. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Check.Tattoo's output is generated by AI and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, dermatological advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified tattoo artist. You are solely responsible for the tattoo you get.

3. ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

Check.Tattoo does not offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time payments processed by PayPal, and nothing renews — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Purchases unlock content in the browser you bought them in. If a purchase does not deliver what it promised, contact support@check.tattoo and we will refund it. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload sexual, hateful, or illegal imagery.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or automate scraping of the service.
• Use the service to harass or impersonate any person.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain all rights to designs and photos you upload. The Check.Tattoo brand, code, guides, and templates are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Check.Tattoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including regret over any tattoo you choose to get.
